Halloween Fun!
Monkey Tyler enjoyed the morning at the Zoo's "Halloween Trick-or-Treat Spooktacular" with his friends Bella and Lucy. There were tables at the indoor animal exhibits with candy, stickers, tatoos, little games, etc. We were able to see two super cute baby tiger cubs. The wind was a little chilly but otherwise we had lots of fun.

We are still trying to decide which one is scarier!
There was a hay maze for the kids. Tyler started out great. Then he saw the werewolf...
Still not sure if he wanted to go forward.
Proceeding cautiously not taking his eyes of the big bad werewolf.
Leading the way out. He was happy again once he couldn't see the werewolf.

Tyler jamming on his piano while waiting for trick-or-treat time. Tyler got lots of fun gifts and visits from family for Halloween. Thanks everyone!
We didn't venture out this year. We stayed in and let Tyler hand out candy. Sometimes he did and sometimes he wanted to keep it for himself. There are a lot of young kids in our neighborhood, I suspect many of them stayed in as we did, so we didn't have as many trick-or-treaters as we had hoped for. But we have a neighbor collecting extra candy to send to the troops (Operation Homefront.net/Wisconsin) so we won't feel like we 'have' to eat all the candy. I thought that was a great idea!
