First day of preschool (Sept 2011)

Tyler loved preschool! He doesn't quite understand summer vacation but is excited to get together with his friends at the park/pool lots! He learned so much this past year...he's constantly surprising us with what he knows and how much he understands. Currently he loves doing simple math. Not sure if they started this at school or where it came from. Dan and I were both caught off guard. Completion of preschool and turning four has been so emotional...for Dan and I. He's asking such complex questions. Dan and I just look at each other searching for the correct way to respond. In every thing he does Tyler has been into details. For an example when driving he wants to know the names of the roads, the directions we will turn, the distance we will be on that road, will there be stop signs or freeway, etc. Now that he's four he can run faster, jump higher, eat more, knows more, is taller, etc Basically everything is better at 4. He has found that there are a couple of things he still has trouble doing or knowing but he is certain that at age 5 or 10 (depending on complexity) he will be able to do those as well.
